A Brief history of the Directors:

Melvin Govender

Melvin Govender has held various portfolios over 18 years ranging from Operations management, account management, sales, client services management, regional management, cashflow management, project management etc. Having been based in Gauteng, KZN and the Western Cape; Melvin has an in-depth knowledge of the South African landscape. He has worked closely with business owners, directors, managers, floor supervisors and remains committed to providing tailor made solutions to clients and passionately empowering and engaging staff. He firmly believes that a productive and successful relationship is built on effective communication and the understanding of all stakeholders needs. All of the above experience, together with the past five years construction experience has culminated in a dynamic service to the clients. He remains committed, focused and passionate about providing the best service to our clients and staff.

Matthew Munsamy

Matthew Munsamy has been an NHBRC registered contractor since 1975, trading as Lyndean construction from 1980. He has shaped the landscape with both residential and commercial buildings throughout KZN (homes, warehouses, extensions, hospitals and fuel garages and many more). He believes in uncompromised workmanship and has an unwavering commitment to our clients and employees. He provides excellent technical knowledge and support to the business. Matthew is dedicated to maintaining structural integrity and uncompromised workmanship on all projects.
